good condition midi dress or knee high length depends on your height pen mark under the Shoulder ruffle, can't be seen as it's covered. Have not tried to remove. faded pen mark on ruffle  not too noticeable. the stiching on the slit is separating but that can be fixed too. Please see  all last 3 photos of the flaws pit to pit is 12 inches plus stretch length is 34 inches
