This is a bias-cut, midi slip skirt with an elastic waist. It’s made from drapey, lightweight Japanese satin with a glossy finish.
Colour is in Glimmer (discontinued to my knowledge).

@heymekk Laying flat, the waistband is about 11.5", so that would be a 22.5-23" waist around. It is also elastic, and laying flat it can stretch up to 14-15", so there's about a 3-4" give.
If it helps, I usually wear a 00-0 at Aritzia, and this fits like their other high-waisted skirts. Hope that helps :D
