If you were born within a decade of the millenium, you likely had a portrait taken in a little velvet ensemble like this. Very cute little girls' dress and bloomers set, NWT, size 6-12 Months. Only one available, but listed in two sizes for search visibility. Black velvet with blue-green plaid accents. Embroidered white Peter Pan collar, and adorable bow at the back. Tag dates it to 2003. Outer is 100% cotton. Style is "Eva Velvet". Excellent, unworn/unused condition. Will need going over with a lint brush (it's black cotton velvet, after all).
