Baby blue / periwinkle Flutter sleeve (bridesmaid or grad) formal dress.

Flutter sleeve, high low, fully lined dress. Has keyhole back and tie waist. Says “petite size 12” but fits like a medium in my opinion. I am 5’7 and 125 lbs. I had room, but nothing I needed alterations for depending on how fitted you want it! It absolutely needs to be dry cleaned as it’s been in storage, but no rips or stains, just a bit of spray tan on the top edges. It’s the dress on the right in the first photo! Truest colour in last photo!
