Bailey 44 layered mini dress black and white

Bailey 44 Layered Mini Dress black and white with raw hem. White lining with double lined skirt, black overlay. 3/4 sleeve. Super comfy! Approx 31 inches from neckline to bottom of skirt at front. Poly and spandex. *Raw hem on black part has unraveled at points (see video). Very faint staining on white interior (from makeup or black dye) but not visible when dress is on.*
