new condition tagged as L ⚠️⚠️⚠️ but high waist (10” rise from mid gusset!) actually measures appx close to 24” unstretched. they are compressive. waist seam appx 14”/28” inseam is appx 25” so ankle length retail was 85usd. 53% nylon 41% poly 6% spandex! will stretch but better towards a M maybe? please go by measures read care tag for instructions on how to maintain please!
