Bali Brand Ruched Black and White Dress with Built-In Belt Detail, size

Black and white dress with all over ruching/texture detail, featuring short cap sleeve and cinched in detail at the waist with a built in belt. Fully lined with a very comfy black material. Excellent preloved condition. Just a little snag shown in one of the photos - not very noticeable. Size isn’t super clear from the tags, so see measurements in photos! Fabric has some stretch.
