Ball gown skirt

Full and voluminous ball gown skirt. Layers of fine gauge tulle over matching underskirt. Waist circumference 30” making this a standard size 8-10. Length 44” Looks gorgeous paired with a corset or elevate to elegance with a beautiful white blouse. The colour is a very dark navy. leaning towards black. I’m going to call at midnight. Navy. Excellent quality and construction.
