Balloon Garland Kit. NWT. ‘Cosmic Pearl’ (medium blue, aqua blue, lilac purple, dark purple, light pink, silver). Just finished hosting my daughters birthday party. Bought two of these kits, but only used one. ONE 75 piece balloon kit was PLENTY! Super happy with the kit…I included a couple pictures for reference (note: shimmer steamers are NOT included in this kit). Last photo included simply for the giggle factor 😉.
