Balloon Sleeve Blouse

Dynamite blouse made with sheer fabric, polka dot pattern and balloon sleeves. It is cropped length, and has a button on the neckline to close it up more if desired. The tie waist hits at my natural waist and there is a lining in the bodice, below the tie waist and on the sleeves it is sheer. In the photo you can see what looks like a discolouration, it is the tag showing through the sheer fabric and can be cut off. No other flaws I can find.
