The measurements are; Across the chest 18 inches Waist across 14 inches Sleeves 29 inches( should be scrunched as on the model when wearing) Length top to bottom 32 inches While the fabric is stretchy it us intended to be loose in certain places as pictured. It did have a belt which is missing. A gold chain belt will suffice.
