Baltic Born 'Lydia' Maxi Dress *snag

Baltic Born 'Lydia' emerald green maxi dress. Elastic waist with attached tie belt. This dress is for a tall person. For reference I am 5'5 and even with heels this dress still sits on the floor. First image for reference only. There is a snag on the skirt portion of the dress (last photo).
