Stunning silk dress in a blue and black Celtic knot-like print from Banana Republic Wide cummerbund band at waist with beautifully draped pleats above and below Fully lined - hangs smoothly, very flattering Yes, it has pockets! Waist - 16” Bust - 18” (pleating gives some forgiveness for a larger bust) Wish I could wear it - fits and hangs beautifully but as it’s a petite cut, it’s too short for my 5’ 9” frame
