This stunning blue sheath dress from Banana Republic features a slight cap sleeve design and a flattering neckline, offering a chic and modern silhouette. It is body con but quite a thick heavy cotton (80%) and spandex mix so it holds in the lumps and bumps. It also has a clever neckline that shows a bit of skin while allowing you to wear a bra! Love it but never wore and has been sitting in my closet waiting to be enjoyed. Fit BR TTS (size 8). It’s not “mini” on me, hits just below the knee (I’m 5’4”).
