Banana Republic Grey Blazer with windowpane plaid design and beautiful detailed buttons on the front and sleeves. It does have light shoulder pads. Small discoloration on the inside of the blazer, near the size tag - not noticeable when worn since it's on the inside of the garment and small thread pull on the inside right sleeve
