Banana Republic Long Skirt with Cut Outs

Reposhing this item I purchased from @apparel_puree. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. I just received this order on Friday. This skirt is BEAUTIFUL - length/shape is fantastic and the mini cut-outs are such a nice detail. Unfortunately is still too big in the waist and find it more a MEDIUM, rather than a small. Since it is a 'pull-on' skirt, I can't get it altered by a seamstress. The onus is on me and I should have paid more attention to the measurements shown. Also to note, I will not be making any up-sell profit, as the initial seller bundled this skirt with another one. Questions? Leave a comment below!
