Banana Republic pants. Cool green and navy blue pattern. The colours and pattern are Mad Men inspired. I love these pants but they are too big for me. (If you have them in your closet in an 8, please contact me). They are 98% cotton with the balance proving some stretch in the fabric. However, I would say there is no stretch in the waist, due to the type of closure - a button and two prongs. The fabric is smooth like a sateen cotton.
