The waist is approximately 30 inches plus a few inches of stretch, the length is approximately 35 inches, and the sleeves are approximately 22.5 inches. This dress is quite fitted but stretchy, so it would probably also fit a size US S with a bit more room. At 5'4, this was a bit longer on me than mini - it hit a bit above the knee.
