The top layer is adorned with beautiful shimmery sequins and the second layer works as an inner lining making is super comfy against your skin. The material tag has been removed but it is like a cotton t-shirt type material. The neck line has a nice satin elastic type trim. the shirt has some stretch like a t-shirt.
