Beautiful Banana Republic blouse with ruffles. *Not sheer*, though it may look so in the pics. There is some slight discolouration on the edge of the ruffles as you can see in the photos, but overall it’s not very noticeable & the top is in excellent condition. *hypoallergenic & smoke-free home*
