The fabric, vegan suede looks great, hangs beautifully, and is very flattering. I'm 5'7" but purchased the petite and found it to fit great! The leg length was great to give just the right cropped length. I also personally didn't find the bodice to be short or pull at the crotch as I would have expected with a petite.
