Overall I would say it could fit a Small if you are between sizes. My daughter wanted the dress and I found this one on sale, but she tried on the XS Petite in store. There was a big difference between the fit.
As shown on the model, it’s fairly straight and loose. Thus if you sized down, it would drape more to your body.
The material is 80% viscose and 20% silk, so it has a beautiful drape and movement. There are silk adjustable straps.
