@bittersweet3148 hi there ! Bust is about 18 inches and waist is about 16 because that’s where the cross cross gathers. The fabric is very stretchy just like your average long sleeve tshirt type stretch. It’s a large and can fit a med-large-xl just would very on the amount of room. Hope this helps ☺️
