@03serena sorry I could not seem to get the whole thing into the photo! and now I am at the airport on my way to Mexico for a few weeks. if you're still interested when I get back on February 17th I can send the measurements! FYI the bottom is elasticized and gathered so it can be bloused over if you prefer... very versatile and flattering.

I was just reviewing my closet and realized i never came back to you on this! So sorry. The bottom part is elasticized and measures 18 inches UNstretched. The length from top of the keyhole neck to the elasticized bottom is about 23 inches.
