Banana Republic formal foral maxi dress

This is a floral maxi dress with a v-neck, ruffles and cap sleeves. It is light blue with a floral print that is mostly pink, purple, and blue. The dress has a ruffled hem and a longer hem in the back. It is in excellent condition.
