Banana Republic long dress with pockets

Long white striped dress, with tie belt around the waist and pockets. The dress flares out beautifully when you walk and the sleeves are 3/4.--I LOVE this dress and it hurts me to sell it, but I wore it once and it deserves a new queen. The dress is a size 12 but it's made small--I usually wear an 8-10 and this fits me snugly.
