Banana Republic military-inspired pleated skirt workwear

This military-inspired skirt has some great details - strap details with gold buttons, a big front box pleat, large pockets - and has a super flattering a-line shape. It’s comfortable but super polished for work and cute enough to wear out afterwards. It’s in excellent shape, I picked it up shortly before the pandemic before we switched to remote work so it never got much wear. It could use a good lint rolling, see photos. Sizing is super weird on this one. Banana republic tends to run large in the first place, but it seems this was designed to be worn lower on the hips. Since I liked it better on my natural waist, I sized down and also got a tall to make up for the loss of length. I wore this when I was closer to a size 8, and it hit me just above the knee at 5’3. Anyone from a size 4 to 8, maybe even a 10, will be able to wear this, just note that If you’re a true size 4 it will fit you lower on the hips.
