Banana Republic mini dress (2)

Chiffon mini dress, self lining, great belted or loose. Has a cute flounced hem detail. Great over black leggings or tights. Super easy work piece and great for transitional seasons. Size 2 is true to fit. Overall length is 33”. Easy care wash n wear. This one’s AMAZING with over the knee boots. Love it, but too tight at the chest for me (34d is the prob). Hope it finds a loving home!
