Banana Republic navy blue stretchy pencil skirt w back zipper, and hook & eye

This is in very good used condition. It’s a nice navy blue and is a fabric you could wear in the summer or winter. This is machine washable so would make a great base piece for your capsule wardrobe. There isn’t a fabric tag, I washed it on delicate and hung it to dry. It feels like a poly cotton blend with spandex. Lots of two way stretch with very clean lines, no pockets. While the skirt is stretchy, the waist band is not. Measured flat-measurements are approximate The waist measures 32 inches The hips measure 36 inches The length of the skirt is 20 inches.
