Love love love this plaid pencil length skirt. Made of a flattering stretchy material, this blue and black plaid skirts was one of my favourites for fall. Ok, measurement pictures were a bust Waist: 17 (before doubling) Length: 26 Hips: 20 And there is a side zip with hook. The hook is loose but the skirt zips and holds without.

a_am_simone @kstylegta sorry for the delay. It has a little stretch. The skirt has 5% elastane. I would describe it as fitted and the waist itself has a zipper closure. Please note that the hook needs to be sown on as it is hanging by the thread
