Baptism Dress, Vintage

Such a pretty little vintage baptism dress (circa 1958) with slip, no size tags, but would likely be for 0 - 3 months. See approximate measurements in pictures. There is a tear on one sleeve, and some tears along the back of the collar on the outer sheer dress. The inner slip/dress has a couple of tiny holes (see pictures). These could possibly be tidied up with a little embroidery or ribbon. Check out the lily of the valley embroidery along the hem and yoke.
