Barashi white mini dress

Rare Yoana Baraschi off white scalloped mini dress with a double tier hem embellished with a fringe with applique flowers. The body of the dress is sheer but double panelled and has a delicate flower motif embroidered throughout. Double spaghetti straps and an open back with a two tie closure. Pristine. Never worn.
