Barbie Doll Mattel Twist and Turn Bendable Knees China Green Dress

This doll is pre-owned and in used condition. Her hair will need some TLC. The dress is torn in mulltiple spots. I am not sure what kind of Barbie this is, or if the dress is original.  There is wear to the doll as well. Please see all photos for exact doll.
