Happy Family Pregnant Midge from the 2003 Happy Family Pregnant Midge & Baby lavender dress set. ( At first I had thought it might be Midge from Barbie Happy Family Neighborhood Midge & Nikki 1st Birthday 2003 Set- sorry for the confusion). Redressed in purple daisy dress. Elbow joints are loose and legs are a bit splayed and don’t want to hold a bend, stress mark on one thumb. She has her earrings and Wedding ring.
