Barbie midi skirt

Excellent condition - like new, never worn! Fits true to size, but has an elastic waistband so is accommodating. The waistband has pretty ruffles that peek above it, making it beautiful with tops tucked into it. The outside is light and airy, bright pink with black and white dots smattered across it.
