Barbie pink modernist cocktail ring, chunky ring size P / 7.75

A chunky silver toned ring with pink accents to the rounded top. There seems to be a small mark but I can´t make it out. With some discolored lines around the inset pink stones. Roughly ring size 7 3/4 or P
