Barclay Sleeveless Dress Tank

This sleeveless dress tank is absolutely perfect for the office! It has a ruffled neck as well as a faux tie around the neck. It has beautiful fall colors, but would also look great any time of year. Would be great paired with a pair of dress pants or a skirt. Or under a nice blazer. The colours are red, yellow, orange, blue, purple, green, and cream. The outer layer of the shirt is sheer, but it does have a second layer underneath. This shirt is in good used condition. There is a small stain as seen in the last picture, but it is on the inside of the shirt. Would probably come out in the wash.
