Bardot/off shoulder top

Bardot top with elastic neck line. You can wear on or off shoulder. The sleeves have gathers with ties at cuffs to give it a unique look. Blue, green, pale pink, yellow and lilac stripes. Material has a Swiss dot type pattern and is soft and flowy.
