Bare Shoulder Tunic

Cute tunic with bare shoulders. There is a tie, to tighten it right below the shoulder Black and gold, gold is not very clear in pics. I'm a size 4 at Lulu, XS at Zara to give some idea to sizing. The tag does say XL on it...it is not an XL.
