Basix II made in USA indigo blue size 2 100% silk

100% silk gorgeous Basix II size 2 dress. Not quite mini or midi length, I’m 5’2” and fit around my knees. This is a seriously well made dress, with structured boning and all Made in the USA. The pictures will never do this dress justice. Dry clean only.
