Battery Anniversary 400 day Brass Mantel~Working Clock~Balls Not Moving~Cardinal

Battery operated anniversary-style clock. Mainly brass metal. For shelf or mantel. VINTAGE Cardinal brand, made in West Germany by Wenger. No Chime. Tested & keeps time; ticks quietly. Balls do NOT rotate, the magnetic mechanism for the balls has stopped working, although they swing for awhile if touched. This does not affect the timekeeping on the clock itself. Clock takes 1 AA battery (not included). 5" tall x 3.5" across the front, 2.75" from front to back. Glass on front and sides, no glass at back. Pre-owned condition. Metal surface has marks/wear, as shown in photos.
