eka002 @ashleydomyhairr I added 2 pictures.. the insoles measures 9 inches from the big toe to the heel but they have a cushion that can be cut to make an other size out of them..

eka002 @lois_goodnough yes they fit kids shoe size 3 & 4 because when they get too small you can cut the tab off the inserts to fit them longer 😊
