Beaded Party Dress

Beautiful black and white party dress -ruched bodice, tulle skirt with beaded floral design. Lined and has one layer tulle petticoat under skirt. Strapless; straps seen in photos are for hanging only. Great as a party dress, would also make a perfect last-minute grad dress. Worn only a handful of times. Excellent condition - no stains or signs of wear. Approximate measurements are as follows: Bust: 13” across Waist: 11” across Hips: 19” across Neckline to hem: 38”
