Very good condition - hangs nicely with good weight to beading and layers of tulle etc. Has been worn to a few parties - an ageless style that always looks classy! NS but home has a pug so...there may be hair. Sorry in advance.

uphillcloset I have added a pic - its 15.5 ish at the middle band. this is muslin or similar lined w the sheer beaded overtop - no stretch. thanks!!

uphillcloset @retroisvintage sorry - no - there's no extra material in the seams. It is two separate layers of material - the sheer piece wouldn't be alterable.
