Beaded tank top

Beautiful beaded tank from forever 21 (seems quite vintage for forever 21) It’s such a delicate design. Double lined. Back of top is a mesh material. Such a cute top for a festival or concert. I initially bought it for festival season but it was a tad big on me. Would recommend for a small-medium P2P is 15 inches (no stretch)
