Beatrix Potter ‘s vintage The Pie and the Patty-Pan, collectible book, ephemera

This very vintage version of Beatrix Potter's The Pie and the Patty-Pan is copywritten in 1905. I am unsure of date of publication. There is significant wear to the cover, with the spine cracked open along the length. Fabric mesh is holding the cover together, book needs to be treated carefully. There is some writing inside the front cover. Some pages have finger marks, but many are clean and there are no tears. The lovely illustrations are in both color and black and white. I try to depict colors as accurately as possible but they may appear differently depending on your device or screen settings. As a vintage item, there may be minor wear. Any noted defects will be disclosed and pictured.
