In EUC! Either 90s or circa Y2K. Beautiful floral embroidery all over the front of the vest with matching buttons. No pockets on the front, just detailing made to look like pockets. The waist can be tightened in the back via the buckle. No materials or care tag, but the inside and back feel like satin. Tagged as medium, but please see measurements to confirm the fit (this would work really well for an oversized fit on a woman, or may be best on a men's small/medium depending on desired fit).
