Beaufort Dress in Ciclamino by Chiara Boni, size 4, BNWT!

Gorgeous dress for a special occasion - my event was cancelled in the early days of the pandemic and I never had the chance to wear it! It no longer fits me, but I hope it can find the life it deserves in someone else’s closet :) La Petite Robe di Chiara Boni makes incredible form fitting occasion dresses. The ponte fabric is scuba like in texture and smoothes everything out for an amazing fit. The dress is 42” long and will fall below the knee for most. I’ve provided the measurements accros in photos but please note that this fabric is *extremely* stretchy and the dress has no zipper. It is meant to be pulled up the body and fit tight - for the most flattering fit, your body measurements need to be larger than the dress so that it forms around you. At the time I planned to wear this, I wore a 35” bust, 27” waist, 39” hip and it fit great. It would accommodate a larger bust or waist measurement without issue, but I’d recommend no more than a 40” hip for a comfortable fit. The sleeves can be worn in a variety of ways for a cold shoulder, double high ruffle, or a more discreet single ruffle under the arm. I‘ve included photos from Rent the Runway of how other wearers have styled it. The colour photographs very differently depending on the light, but if you search for the colour name (Ciclamino) you’ll find more examples of this lovely fuchsia shade. My first two photos are the most accurate - the close up photos had strong lighting, it is not neon.
