Beautiful 3-piece evening outfit, 80s Janice Wainwright (UK), silk mix fabric

A beautiful and unusual 3-piece outfit designed in the early 1980s by iconic and collectable English designer Janice Wainwright (one of her dresses was recently worn by famous British model Kate Moss). Soft shimmering and luxurious silk mix fabric for both the skirt and jacket, while the top is acetate. The jacket has batwing sleeves; the skirt has two pockets, a one-button closure which opens one pocket area to pull it on, and a slit at the front. The top has thin spaghetti straps and is worn tucked in, with the two side pieces draped around the back and tied to the front. Condition: excellent vintage condition. No tears, pulls, holes or fading. Size: UK 10 (Canadian 8). Skirt length 36”. Color: black and sparkly dark green Material: shirt and jacket - 50% silk, 39% viscose/rayon, 11% polyester. Top - 66% acetate, 34% viscose/rayon. Smoke and pet free home.
