Beautiful A line skirt in size M

NWOT. This is a cute skirt they can be worn for work or church. Has a nice length to it. Reminds me of a skirt my mom had made for me when I was a kid. It is too small for me unfortunately. There is elastic in the back of it but not too stretchy. Fabric seems hard to steam too. Pairs nicely with the polka dot shirt shown in picture. Shirt is also in my closet. Waist 14” can stretch to 16” Length 28” Length 29”
